Writing a review that helps other people
- Say which device you watch on. Setup and picture quality differ between a TV stick, a phone and a computer.
- Mention how long you've used the service. First-week impressions and six-month experience are both useful. Say which one yours is.
- Describe what happened with support, if you contacted us: how long the reply took and whether it solved the problem.
- Be specific about problems. “Buffering on one channel in the evening” helps readers more than “sometimes slow”.
What moderation removes, and what it doesn't
We remove reviews that contain personal data, abuse, spam, links, or details that would let someone misuse an account.
