Five fixes worth trying before anything else
- 1. Check your pack is active under Plans & Billing in your dashboard.
- 2. Restart the router and the device: router first, then the device once the connection is back.
- 3. Update the app from its official source; old versions can fail to sign in.
- 4. Use the right login: the Apollo TV app takes your website email and password, third-party players take your player login.
- 5. Try a wired connection or move closer to the router if video keeps pausing.
