Before you start
- An Android phone or tablet with a recent Android version
- Enough free storage for the app and its updates
- Wi-Fi recommended, since streaming uses a lot of mobile data
- Your account login (you type it only once)
Step by step
- 1
Tap **Download APK** — your browser saves the file to Downloads.
- 2
Open it from the download notification or your **Downloads** folder.
- 3
If Android asks, allow **Install unknown apps** for your browser. You only do this once.
- 4
Tap **Install**, then open **Apollo Group TV** from your app drawer and sign in.
- 5
Sign in with your account
Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use on this website. Your login stays saved, so you won't be asked again. Watching needs an active pack (Plans & Billing).
If something goes wrong
- Android blocks the install
- Open Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, choose the browser you downloaded with and allow it. Menu names vary slightly between phone makers.
- “There was a problem parsing the package”
- The download was probably interrupted. Delete the file from Downloads, download it again on a stable connection and reopen it.
- Play Protect shows a warning
- Play Protect flags apps installed from outside Google Play. If you downloaded from the official link in your dashboard, you can choose to install anyway; if you got the file anywhere else, don't.
Security notes
- Download the APK only from the official link in your dashboard.
- Delete the APK file from Downloads after installing. You don't need it any more.
- Lock your phone if other people use it: the app stays signed in to your account.
