Before you start
- A PC running Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Permission to install programs on the PC
- Your account login and an active pack to watch
Step by step
- 1
Click **Download installer** to save the .exe setup file.
- 2
Open the file. Because the installer isn't code-signed, Windows SmartScreen may show a blue warning — choose **More info → Run anyway**.
- 3
Follow the setup wizard. The default install folder is fine for most people.
- 4
Open **Apollo Group TV** from the Start menu or the desktop shortcut and sign in. Updates install inside the app from then on.
- 5
Sign in with your account
Open the app and sign in with the same email and password you use on this website. Pin the app to the taskbar or Start menu so it's one click away. Watching needs an active pack (Plans & Billing).
If something goes wrong
- “Windows protected your PC”
- That's SmartScreen. Select More info, check the app name, then choose Run anyway. Only do this for the installer you downloaded from your dashboard.
- My antivirus removed the installer
- Some antivirus tools quarantine unsigned installers. Restore the file from quarantine (or allow it once), then run it again.
- The app doesn't start after installing
- Restart the PC and try again. If it still won't open, uninstall it from Settings → Apps and reinstall with the latest installer.
Security notes
- Run only the installer you downloaded from your dashboard.
- If SmartScreen shows a different app name or publisher than you expect, stop and contact us.
- Keep Windows updated to protect the PC you watch on.
