Apollo Group TV Renewal: How to Renew Your Subscription

Your pack is ending, or it already has. Renewing takes a few minutes from your account: sign in, add a pack, pay the invoice, and your new period starts where the old one stops.

  1. 1Sign inUse your Apollo Group TV account email and password.
  2. 2Add a packIn Plans & Billing, choose a pack and press Add this pack.
  3. 3Pay your invoicePress Continue Payment, pay with one of the listed methods, then press I Have Paid.
  4. 4Keep watchingOnce payment is confirmed, our team activates the new period. Check My Account.

Renewing Apollo Group TV is a little different from renewing a streaming app that bills you every month. Every pack is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days, and nothing renews on its own. That means you're always in control of when you pay, but it also means you need to renew yourself before your pack runs out if you want to keep watching without a break.

The exact dashboard steps are right below. After them you'll find how to log in, what to have ready, and what to do if a renewal gets stuck.

Apollo Group TV renewal at a glance

  1. Sign in to your account on the Sign in page.
  2. Open Plans & Billing and choose the pack you want.
  3. Press Add this pack, then Continue Payment on the invoice that appears.
  4. Pay with one of the listed payment methods and press I Have Paid.
  5. Wait for confirmation. Our team activates your new period and you get a notification in your dashboard.

If your pack is still active when you renew, the new period starts when the current one ends, so you don't lose any days.

How Apollo Group TV subscription renewal works

One-time packs, no automatic renewal

Apollo Group TV packs cover a set length of time, from one month to a year. When you pay for a pack, you pay once. There's no card on file being charged again, and no subscription quietly renewing in the background. To continue after your pack ends, you buy another one. That purchase is what we call a renewal.

Your new period starts when the current one ends

If you renew while your current pack is still active, your new pack is lined up to start on the day the current one ends. The days you've already paid for aren't cut short. That makes renewing early the safest option if you don't want any gap in viewing.

If your pack has already expired, the new period starts once the renewal is activated.

You get a reminder before your pack ends

About three days before your pack's end date, you receive a Subscription Expiring Soon notification in your dashboard, with a link straight to Plans & Billing. If the end date passes without a renewal, a Subscription expired notification lets you know your access has ended.

Your end date is always shown in My Account, so you can check it any time.

Apollo Group TV renewal login: signing in to your account

Renewal happens inside your account, so the first step is signing in.

  1. Go to the Sign in page on our website.
  2. Enter the email address and password you used when you created your account.
  3. After signing in, you land in your dashboard. Open Plans & Billing from the menu.

Always sign in through our own website. Our guide to the official Apollo Group TV website explains how to recognize it and avoid lookalike sites that copy the name.

Forgot your password?

On the Sign in page, choose Forgot password? and enter your account email. We send you a reset link, which is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires before you use it, request a new one. Check your spam or promotions folder if the email doesn't arrive.

Your website login and your IPTV login are different

This is the most common mix-up during renewal. You have two sets of details:

LoginWhat it's forWhere to find it
Website account (email and password)Signing in to the website to renew, pay and get supportYou chose it when you created your account
IPTV login details (username, password, server)Signing in to the app or player on your TV or phoneShown in My Account once your subscription is active

To renew, you need the website account login. The IPTV details are what you'll check after renewal, in My Account.

How to renew your Apollo Group TV subscription, step by step

Step 1: Open Plans & Billing

After signing in, open Plans & Billing. This page shows your current pack, the packs available, and any invoice that's waiting to be paid.

Step 2: Choose your pack

Each pack shows its length and price. While your current pack is active, the button on each pack reads Add this pack. If your pack has already ended, it reads Subscribe. Press it on the pack you want.

You don't have to renew with the same length you had before. Many people switch to a longer pack when they renew, because longer packs cost less per month. You can compare them on the Plans page.

Step 3: Pay your invoice

An invoice appears at the top of Plans & Billing with its own invoice number, the amount, and a reservation timer that holds the price while you pay.

  1. Press Continue Payment.
  2. Choose one of the payment methods listed in the payment window.
  3. Follow the instructions shown for that method. For Bitcoin-based methods, send the exact amount shown.
  4. When you've sent the payment, press I Have Paid.

The payment methods available are shown on our Payment Methods page, and each one has a step-by-step guide in our payment guides. Only pay through the payment window linked to your own invoice.

Step 4: Wait for confirmation and activation

After you press I Have Paid, you're taken to a page that shows your payment's status, and the invoice shows Pending Confirmation while the payment is checked. Once it's confirmed, our team activates your new period and you receive a notification in your dashboard. Our guide to how checkout works explains each status along the way.

Step 5: Check My Account

Open My Account to see your updated end date and your IPTV login details. In most cases your login details stay the same when you renew, so your app keeps working without any changes. If they've been updated, copy the new details into your app or player.

Starting your renewal from the Plans page

You can also begin on the public Plans page:

  1. Choose a pack and press its button.
  2. If you're not signed in, sign in with your account email and password.
  3. You're taken to Plans & Billing with an invoice for that pack already waiting.

From there, continue with Step 3 above.

What you need to renew

You needWhy
Your account email and passwordTo sign in and reach Plans & Billing
Access to your email inboxIn case you need to reset your password
A payment method from the listTo pay the invoice
A few minutes before the timer runs outThe reservation timer holds the price while you pay
Your app or playerTo check everything still plays after activation

Choosing a pack when you renew

Every pack includes the same channels, on-demand library, device allowance and support. Only the length and the price change. A few things to think about:

  • How long do you want to keep watching? If you know you'll be watching all year, a longer pack costs less per month.
  • Do you want flexibility? A shorter pack lets you decide again sooner.
  • Is your current pack about to end? Renewing a few days early means no gap, because the new pack starts when the current one ends.

The Plans page shows each pack's total price, cost per month and saving, calculated from current prices.

Common Apollo Group TV renew problems and how to fix them

I can't log in to renew

Check you're using your website account email and password, not your IPTV login details. If you've forgotten the password, reset it from the Sign in page; the link lasts 30 minutes. If you no longer have access to your account email, contact support.

There's already an unpaid invoice

Plans & Billing shows one open invoice at a time. If you see You have an unpaid invoice, either press Continue Payment to pay it, or cancel it if it's for the wrong pack and choose again.

The reservation timer ran out

The timer holds your price for a limited time. If it runs out before you pay, the invoice expires. Choose your pack again to create a new invoice. If you'd already sent a payment when it expired, contact support with the invoice number rather than paying again.

My payment shows Underpaid

This happens when less than the invoice amount arrives, often because a payment app took its fee out of the amount sent. Our team is notified and will contact you to complete or refund it. Our article on Bitcoin network fees explains how to avoid it next time.

I've paid but my pack isn't active yet

Payments are confirmed before activation, so there's a short wait after you press I Have Paid. Check the payment status page linked from your invoice. Our payment troubleshooting guide covers the common cases.

My app stopped working after I renewed

Open My Account and compare the IPTV login details with the ones saved in your app. If they're different, copy the new ones in. If they're the same, restart the app and device, and see our guide on whether Apollo TV is down for the next checks.

My pack expired before I renewed

That's fine. Renew the same way. Your channels stop loading while the pack is expired and start again once the new period is activated.

Getting help with your renewal

If you're stuck at any point, open a ticket from your dashboard through support. Include your invoice number if you have one, the payment method you used, and what you see on screen. If you can't sign in at all, use the contact page. Every reply stays in one ticket thread, so you never have to explain twice.
